Q. How does SeatTix™ work?
A. SeatTix™ is a revolutionary patent-pending technology that allows the venues to extend their box office “virtually” anywhere there is Internet access. Q. Does SeatTix™ work with my existing web site?
A. Yes, SeatTix™ has products that allow for integration with the venues existing website and box-office. The patron simply does the following 3-Click™ process:
• Select seats
• Purchase
• Print Ticket

When the purchase is complete, we'll send the patron back to your web site.


Q. What does the patron do once they have purchased and printed the ticket?
A. The patron simply takes the ticket directly to the ticket taker, kiosk for validation. The patron will not need to go to a will call counter, or any ticketing booth. They will simply circumvent the will call counter and go directly to the ticket taker, kiosk. They will "scan" the ticket and confirm your seating.


Q. From the patron’s point-of-view, how do they know which seats sold, or are available?
A. Our highly interactive interface will show an interactive seating chart. If the seat is taken it will be presented by the color red. If it is available, it will be blue, and if it is on hold, or being worked on it will be a pink color

A. There are several ways to check this function with SeatTix™ you can do the following:

Q. From the venues point-of-view, how do we receive the ticket revenue?
A. Once you have SeatTix™ we will automatically deposit electronically the full face value of the tickets that were sold for the event within 48 hours, minus the low convenience fees that are passed on to the patron.
Example:
• Ticket $20.00 convenience fee $6.00
• Deposit $20.00 to the venue

Q. What happens in that rare possibility that the same seats are chosen at the same time?
A. Our technology enables the patron that clicks the seat first to automatically hold it for a default time of one minute. It also depends on the patron with the faster Internet connection.


Q. If you have general admission seating, how do you stop someone from taking the online printed ticket to a color copy machine and making a copies?
A. There is a unique bar code and confirmation number for each ticket once has been scanned for validation it cannot be used again.
